English/ Nepali Writings on the Eastern Himalaya (Sikkim, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Siliguri, Dooars, and Bhutan)
We invite research articles, photo essays, fiction (stories and poetry), and literary criticisms; written in a language and style that is accessible to diverse groups of readers. We are interested in all aspects (culture, history,geography, politics, geology, agriculture, environment, food, etc.) of the Eastern Himalaya. We welcome collaborations with writers, researchers, photographers, and artists interested in developing content on interesting topics. We are a bilingual (English and Nepali) website that provides translation support. We also provide editorial support.

Articles: Please submit an abstract (max 500 words) on your topic of interest. All articles are 2500 words long (maximum) and should be supported by high-resolution images on the topic
Photo Essays: Please submit a PDF file with five high-resolution images and a written description of 150 words
Fiction: Please submit your draft
Published submissions (Articles and Photographs) will be remunerated
